Before you proceed with deleting your account, make sure that all outstanding credit has been fully repaid. You can clear any remaining balances directly through the HastyCredit mobile app. Please note that your account deletion request cannot be processed if there are any outstanding obligations.

To delete your HastyCredit account, you may choose one of the following methods: 

Method 1: Submit a Request via Email

1. Ensure all outstanding credit has been settled.
2. Send an email to help@hastycredit.cc from the email address linked to your HastyCredit account.
3. Use the subject line: "Request for Account Deletion"
4. In the email body, confirm that all dues have been cleared and clearly state your request to delete the account.

Method 2: Delete Directly in the App

1. Open the HastyCredit app and go to "Account Settings."
2. Select "Delete Account Data."
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm permanent deletion.

Permanent Action: Please be aware that once your account is deleted, the action cannot be undone. All data associated with your account, including transaction history and personal details, will be permanently erased from our system.
